About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Performance Manager to join our Retail and Commercial Cost COE team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in helping to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide divisional performance management reporting and analysis to ensure stakeholders are held accountable for cost management decisions.
  • Analyze business performance and key business drivers to identify and communicate issues requiring action and emerging trends.
  • Lead operating rhythms across the broader team in relation to month-end, planning, and forecasting cycles.
  • Manage the monthly financial close process for Group/Division/BU costs, including finalization of actuals, PcP & driver-based analytical review, Group/Division/BU consolidation activities, management reporting, and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Leadership role across the Retail & Commercial Cost COE and FPM teams, with direct line manager responsibilities for 2 team members.
