Helpdesk and PC Support Specialist

This is a challenging role as a Helpdesk and PC Support Specialist supporting over 250 users, maintaining a large PC installation, and ensuring the computing requirements of several group companies are met.

The role involves reporting to the Technical Services Manager and has the following key responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT OVER 250 USERS
  • Maintain a large PC installation
  • Support the computing requirements of several group companies
  • Travel to regional offices and race teams once per week

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • The ability to create test transactions and run tests to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications and regulatory compliance
  • EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING END-USERS TO USE PROGRAMS
