We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caring Support Associate to join our team at Orchard Talent Group.

As a Caring Support Associate, you will play a vital role in helping older Australians maintain their independence and live at home for longer.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and cooking or meal preparation
  • Offering personal care, such as getting clients up, showering, and dressing
  • Driving clients to medical appointments or taking them shopping
  • Providing social support and community engagement
  • Offering complex care and medication management

What We Look For:

  • A valid driver's license and a fully insured car
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current flu vaccine (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability to work at least 3 days on weekdays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resilience and ability to work independently
  • A big heart, empathy, and a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life
