Job Description

The Copilot Cloud Solution Architect role involves acting as the voice of the customer, identifying and/or translating customer problems into industry solutions.

This position requires a thought leader who can deliver efficient solutions with minimal guidance from more experienced peers. The ideal candidate will focus on customer experience through seamless delivery, ensuring a connected customer experience.

The role involves contributing to virtual teams using knowledge of Microsoft architectures and their context in the competitive landscape. It also requires identifying gaps that enable solutions to scale across customers with minimal guidance.

The Copilot Cloud Solution Architect will be responsible for delivering solutions in line with company methodologies with minimal guidance, ensuring proven practices and patterns are followed to prepare customers for operational readiness and achievement of their business goals.

The role demands a deep understanding of customer goals, focusing on customer/partner experience through efficient delivery and ensuring a seamless and connected customer experience.

The Copilot Cloud Solution Architect will contribute to providing feedback to Unified Delivery Teams on VBDs to refine and further develop content. They will guide customers/partners towards a well-architected, AI-enabled, secure, resilient, cost- and performance-optimized solution.

The role requires leveraging market insights and demand signals to assist more experienced peers in identifying relevant areas to drive up-skilling and/or accreditations. It also demands demonstrating technical readiness and influencing less experienced team members.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
