Technical Specialist - Heavy Vehicle

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy vehicles in a professional and modern workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy vehicles including trucks and trailers
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
  • Utilise diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve vehicle issues accurately
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients
Requirements:
  • Heavy Vehicle Technician qualification
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicles particularly trucks
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and technical systems in heavy vehicles
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and software
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
