We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant in Lenah Valley. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and beautiful living environment for our customers.
- Assisting with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers receive the care and support they need.
- Offering social support and access to lifestyle activities, enhancing the overall quality of life for our customers.
- Providing respite and emotional support, making a positive impact on the lives of our customers.
- Facilitating social support and transport to appointments, ensuring our customers receive the care they need.
- Delivering complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, with compassion and understanding.

What We Look For
- A caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about assisting our aged community to live independently at home for longer.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel as part of the role.
- An individual who is able to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations, and can provide exceptional customer service.
- A commitment to working at least 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
