We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our KinCare team in Lenah Valley. As a Home Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Offer respite and emotional support
  • Transport customers to appointments
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia

What We Look For:
  • You're passionate about assisting our aged community to live independently at home for longer
  • You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role
  • You're able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help
  • You're available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work
