We are seeking a dedicated Casual Educator to join our educational team in Elderslie. As a Certificate III Qualified Educator, you will provide quality education and care to children, supporting their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop positive relationships with children, families, and community members.
- Facilitate play-based learning environments responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.
- You must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education with previous on-the-job experience (preferred).
- Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
- A work history demonstrating programming, writing learning stories, and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard).
- Have effective communication skills with colleagues, families, and community members.
- Be adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful, living Uniting's everyday values: compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
