We're seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Member Services team. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and people management of the team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive quality service provision, maintain a genuine care culture for employees and members, and foster a happy and collaborative work environment.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to be a passionate leader with an obsession to support, inspire, and coach your team to achieve their best. You should possess extensive call centre leadership experience within financial services, as well as the ability to navigate multiple systems and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Additionally, you'll require facilitation experience, including running meetings and workshops, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment where initiative and problem-solving are essential.
