Leadership Position:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team of Claims Consultants and Service Officers. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role and make a real impact in the industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strong operational disciplines, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement while managing risk and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a culture of process improvement and embed best practices in claims handling.">
  • Resolve escalated issues and deliver outcomes aligned with our Claims Philosophy.">
  • Contribute to key projects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry guidelines, processes, and policies.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of leadership experience in financial services or 5 years as a Claims Consultant (or similar). They will also possess strong knowledge of insurance, with a preference for life insurance experience and claims handling practices.
