Director of Spiritual Formation

This position is responsible for promoting and developing Christ-centered curricula, interpreting college philosophy, and leading staff development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership through the senior leadership team.
- Oversight and management of Christian studies.
- Leadership and pastoral care of students and staff.
- Current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.
- Working With Children Check clearance.
- Satisfactory Department of Education Criminal History Clearance no more than 3 months old.
- A written reference from a church pastor or minister.
- Legally entitled to work in Australia with proof of Australian birth, citizenship, or residency visa details.
- A personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ including regular church attendance and a lifestyle consistent with the expectations of Christian faith.
- Supportive of the aims, principles, and tenets of Kingsway Christian Education Association Inc.
This role requires a suitably qualified and experienced applicant who is an inspiring leader able to initiate and manage change.
