Job Description:

Aura Lifestyle Services works with individuals and families to lead a good life. We establish a team of workers for each family, ensuring a positive, consistent approach.

The role requires strong values, creative thinking, and communication skills. The support worker builds positive relationships and has access to training, team meetings, open lines of communication, and guidance from Team Leaders.

We seek a person who can listen and learn, experienced in or able to learn supporting people with disability to live their best lives.

This is typically a regular hours position with one participant, no multiple daily locations required.
