Job Title: Airport Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of airport staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage the planning and execution of daily transportation requirements, including scheduling and logistics
  • Develop and implement daily transport operating and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure timely communication with passengers and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ensure the airport operates in a secure, safe, and healthy working environment at all times
  • Optimize fleet utilization and maintenance requirements to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
  • Lead the development and training of the transport planning team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification at the level of a bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant work experience in the aviation industry, ideally in a management role
  • Experience in managing a large-scale, diverse workforce in a highly regulated environment
  • Proven understanding and knowledge of aviation industry and related transport requirements
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations, and handle any large crisis or emergencies

Remuneration includes:

  • Base Salary: $79,479.82 per annum
  • Accommodation: $35,760 per annum
  • Mobile Allowance: $1,800
  • Laundry Allowance: $576
  • Superannuation: 11.5% of the base salary
