We are seeking a skilled Airport Operations Coordinator to join our team at Perth Airport. As the first point of contact for our Landside systems, you will be responsible for managing security, assisting with queries and operational issues, and working with our Ground Transport Team to ensure a smooth and professional operation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring surveillance systems and responding to system alarms
  • Ensuring timely and accurate audits and responses in our system Gallager
  • Liaising with law enforcement as appropriate
  • Assisting with the management of emergency resources and liaising with ground handling agents
  • Responding to telephone queries and monitoring radio frequencies

Requirements:

  • Excellent active listening skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Comfortable using MS Office and new technologies
  • Emergency management experience a plus
  • At least two years prior aviation experience preferred
