Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Gardening & Brush Cutting Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

  • You will operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and green spaces to a high standard.
  • Maintenance and regular inspections of equipment will be performed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Service requests will be completed as required, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
About the Role

This position requires previous experience in gardening, spraying, brush cutting, and zero turn mowing. A valid Manual Driver's License, White Card, and ACDC accreditation are also essential.

A strong work ethic, commitment to completing tasks efficiently, and ability to work effectively as part of a team or individually are crucial.

Comfort with working in various weather conditions and a willingness to learn and grow with our team are expected.
