Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled UX Designer to drive user experience on our digital products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create experiences aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead UX projects, conduct research, design information architectures and focus on interaction design.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build shared understanding and buy-in.
  • Analyze complex problems and opportunities for mid-sized projects using user research and business intelligence.
  • Conduct primary and secondary UX research, interpret data to generate actionable insights.
  • Design user flows, wireframes adhering to established design principles.
  • Create interactive prototypes demonstrating strong UX knowledge.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of UX design experience.
  • Experience working within a design system and Lean UX practices.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skill in creating interactive prototypes.
  • A self-starter able to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
