**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Digital Manager to lead our team and drive success in digital media investment. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for developing tailored digital strategies, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, and bridging the gap between digital and other agency areas.

You will work closely with the Digital Director to ensure the team is well-resourced, happy, and enhancing the digital product for the agency.

  • Transform client briefs into comprehensive digital media plans.
  • Understand the role of channels and competencies in planning digital marketing efforts.
  • Own and manage detailed campaign plans.
  • Analyze and interpret digital results, optimizing campaigns to meet client KPIs.
  • Oversee campaign optimization, ensuring best-in-class results according to client goals.
  • Implement best practice processes for optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide product management with strong knowledge of campaign needs and implemented processes.
  • Manage and maximize client budgets through effective media negotiations, setting and monitoring targets for team members.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the digital media market and specialization in the product area.
  • Lead the implementation and QA for all campaigns.
