Manage Insurance Programs for Business Clients

At Coverforce, we pride ourselves on our ability to build strong and genuine relationships with our clients. This role will work closely with customers to understand their business and manage their insurance programs. You will liaise with insurers to ensure that clients are adequately covered and secure the best possible position.
">- You are an experienced insurance broker within general insurance, particularly in Financial Lines.
- You have a strong knowledge of all major quoting platforms and experience with Winbeat and SCTP is highly favourable.
- You have a thorough understanding of broking compliance requirements.
- You adopt a proactive approach to account management, new business, and service delivery.
- You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable relating to clients and attending meetings.
- You are tenacious and determined when faced with complex placements or high-volume periods.
- You enjoy being part of a team and sharing knowledge.
Key responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of all lines of general insurance, including Financial Lines. You will provide expertise, guidance, and support to clients regarding insurable risks and insurance products. Delivering strong insurance solutions and securing competitive quotations for clients are also key objectives.
