About the Role:

We seek an experienced Business Growth Specialist to drive expansion by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the NDIS sector.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to attract NDIS participants and referrers, build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and promote services to participants, carers, and professionals.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the NDIS sector.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract NDIS participants and referrers.
  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including Local Area Coordinators (LACs), support coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals, and community organisations.
  • Promote services to participants, carers, and professionals.
  • Achieve sales and growth targets in alignment with company objectives.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
