We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to lead our front-of-house operations in Western Australia venues. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for delivering great quality service, and the ability to drive business performance.

The successful General Managers, Venue Managers, and Assistant Venue Managers will be responsible for managing staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift management. They will also oversee restaurant, bar, and function operations, ensuring adherence to Australian legal requirements and maintaining high standards of food hygiene.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Oversee daily operations, including restaurant, bar, and function management.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs.
  • Drive superior service and quality to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Maintain current market knowledge and execute promotional/marketing concepts to assist in business growth.

Requirements:

  • 1yrs Hospitality Management experience
  • Exposure to both Bar and Restaurant environments
  • Experience in controlling financial aspects of a business
  • Ability to lead, train, and develop a team
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced essential
  • First aid certificate preferred but not essential
  • Approved Managers Certificate preferred but not essential
