Job Overview

This role is for a diligent and charismatic leader to manage our front-of-house team in Western Australia venues.

We are seeking individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional service and who will be able to provide outstanding guest experiences by ensuring solid operational management.

The Ultimate Sports Bar Experience

At this sports bar, you'll find a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, reminiscent of a sports stadium with large screens and TVs strategically placed throughout the space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership of staff including training, rostering and on-shift supervision
  • Management of operations across the venue including running the restaurant, bar and functions
  • Overall leadership of the FOH operational facets of the business
  • Adherence to and auditing of health and safety procedures
  • Identifying opportunities to drive sales and revenue while controlling costs
  • Ensuring superior service and quality to ensure delivery of outstanding guest experiences
  • Driving a positive working environment and leading by example as a senior restaurant leader
  • Maintaining current market knowledge and harnessing ability to engage and execute marketing concepts to assist in business growth
Requirements
  • 1 year's experience in hospitality management
  • Exposure to both bar and restaurant environments
  • Experience in managing financial aspects of a business
  • The ability to lead, train and develop a team
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certification essential
