Exciting opportunity in a key leadership role at a leading NFP in the health sector.

An innovative and dynamic approach to improve lives of the community they serve is driving this iconic organisation's growth. They are currently seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain financial models and analysis
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial legislation and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives

Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the NFP sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative approach with focus on continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of relevant financial regulations and best practices
