Accounting Professional Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Professional to manage our organisation's financial transactions.

  • Maintain a high level of customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process supplier invoices, client reimbursements and client refunds in accordance with organisational policies.
  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to processing payments.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organisation's outgoings financial transactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new suppliers in the financial system and update any changes.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and timely.
  • Review and interpret numerical information ensuring attention to detail in line with audit, GST and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable and financial transaction processing.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and Outlook.
