Job Opportunity: Financial Transaction Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to handle financial transactions for our organization, working closely across multiple jurisdictions in Australia, New Zealand, and Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, preparing reports and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax and superannuation submissions.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures related to financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial transaction processing, preferably in the APAC region.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills and ability to work in Excel daily.
- Detail-oriented with working knowledge of financial practices and regulations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, problem-solving abilities, and discretion when handling confidential matters.
