Job Title: Financial Transaction Specialist

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments and manage vendor relationships
  • Monitor and investigate system integration and transaction exceptions
  • Manage internal and external transaction queries and provide advice
  • Develop and deliver educational material for financial processes
  • Creation of reporting and data management to deliver visibility of spend and user behaviors
  • Assist with identifying, developing, planning and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounts payable/procurement/purchasing function
  • Qualification in Business/Accounting or equivalent experience (desirable)
  • Understanding of financial principles and AP processes
  • Understanding of SAP (legacy systems) and Concur (desirable)
  • Analysis and data visualisation
  • Experience with AP technology and high-level computer literacy
  • Priority and time management skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
