About the Role

We are seeking a Trade Counter Sales/Driver to join our team at Tradelink. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and orders, and delivering customer orders around the local area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to home renovators, helping them to imagine and plan their new bathrooms and kitchens
  • Process sales and orders, and prepare customer quotes
  • Maintain the branch warehouse, including picking, packing, and consigning orders, unloading, unpacking, and wrapping stock
  • Deliver customer orders around the local area

Requirements

  • No plumbing industry experience is required, but some retail experience would be beneficial
  • Intermediate computing skills
  • Able to work as part of a team, being hard-working, humble, and ready to get the job done
  • Driver's License and ideally a forklift license
