About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Event Services Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team on shift, delegating tasks, and ensuring seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team during events to ensure client satisfaction
- Delegate setup and pack-down procedures
- Provide training when required
- Ensure smooth running of the Event Services Department
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading a team
- Strong customer focus and adaptability
- Reliability and ability to work well under pressure
