Experienced Security Team Leader Wanted

As a seasoned security leader, you will oversee a customer-focused team by leveraging exceptional customer service and security skills. The role is tailored for a career professional who sets an exemplary standard and works independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate small to medium-sized teams, including managing incidents and emergencies to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Prepare operational briefs and brief staff accordingly.
- Conduct regular patrols of the campus to observe, report, and manage incidents effectively.
- Deliver high-quality service performance standards while driving operational efficiencies and improving performance.
- Work within established health and safety guidelines.
- Monitor facilities to reduce risk and maintain public safety.
- Prepare and submit general security records and reports in a timely manner.
- Manage and control facility access.
Requirements:
- Current NSW Security Licence (Class 1A) with a minimum of 3 years of experience or equivalent.
- Proven experience supervising a small to medium-sized team.
- Demonstrated customer service expertise with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with CCTV operations, including technical system usage.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High personal presentation standards.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Unrestricted NSW Driver Licence.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain.
- White Card or willingness to obtain.
- Fire Warden or willingness to obtain.
- Working With Children Check.
