Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the seamless operation of the gaming bar, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Foster a positive team culture by providing engaging leadership, promoting teamwork, and recognizing individual contributions.
  • Create an inviting atmosphere for customers, serving a wide range of beverages with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through promotions, product knowledge, and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and special requests.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a bar and gaming environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in operating and maintaining gaming machines.
  • Experience supervising a successful bar and gaming team, with a focus on performance management and development.
  • Understanding of responsible service of gaming and alcohol protocols.
  • High-level bartending skills, with expertise in crafting a variety of drinks and cocktails.
  • Excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and emotional intelligence.
