We are seeking talented Performers to join the Dreamworld Entertainment team on a Casual basis.
Successful applicants will be cast in various roles and will be required to perform suit characters, suit character shows and chaperone roles.To Be Successful In This Role, You Will DemonstratePhysically fit and strong with the ability to perform multiple shows per dayPrevious costume character experience highly regardedAbility to work in a team environmentProfessional attitude and appearanceStrong movement ability is essentialRequirementsFace Character Performers: Captain Feathersword, Cooee the Gumnut Fairy, Jane Tasman & Murray TasmanActors: Strong improvisation skills, street theatre, hosting, character & accent work, and movement skills highly regardedFemale suit height requirements: Max 170 cmMale suit height requirements: Max 185 cmSingers: Strong harmonisation & movement skills required: Male vocal range: Baritone/Tenor Female vocal range: Alto/MezzoThis position requires a valid Queensland Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000.
Under the 'No Card, No Start' requirements, successful candidates must hold this clearance before commencing employment.What do we need from you?
Weekend work is a crucial requirement of all roles; and flexibility to be rostered across 7-days is essential.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to schedule an audition which will be held onsite at Dreamworld on Friday 22 August 2025.
