You will lead the delivery of major events, sponsorships, and activations for the City, positioning Perth as a top destination for business and culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop an Event Strategy that attracts visitors, strengthens the local economy, and adds value to the community.
  • Lead Event Planning with quality, compliance, and effective risk management.
  • Build Partnerships through sponsorships and collaborations, increasing reach and value for the City and its stakeholders.
  • Manage Portfolios by overseeing budgets and resources with a focus on outcomes and financial sustainability.
  • Inspire Teams by leading a skilled group, fostering creativity, high performance, and alignment with the City's values.

  • Strong business acumen, including strategic planning, budgeting, and governance knowledge.
