About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Assurance Professional to support our business in verifying and reconciling data related to home care packages and government funding. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in revenue assurance, billing, or a related field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring financial transactions, identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate records of revenue and billing activities specific to the aged care sector, and performing other ad-hoc duties as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Verifying and reconciling data related to home care packages and government funding.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in revenue assurance, billing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with home care packages and My Aged Care portal highly desired.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Excellent Excel skills is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility.
