  • As a Manager, you will lead client engagements, deliver exceptional advisory services, manage staff performance, build strong client relationships, and drive service excellence.

You will collaborate closely with senior professionals to shape the business while mentoring and developing talent within the team.

  • As an Analyst, you will support Managers, Directors, and Partners in delivering outstanding service to clients, prepare and review financial statements and tax returns, assist with ATO and state tax compliance reporting, and establish direct client relationships.

To succeed in this role:

  • For Managers: 4+ years of experience advising private clients in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm, proven leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and capacity to manage multiple engagements.
  • For Analysts: a strong interest in private tax and advisory services, excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and collaborative mindset.
