We are seeking a Marketing and Tendering Coordinator to provide essential tendering and marketing support across our diverse customer streams. Reporting to the Tendering & Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in coordinating tender proposals, developing compelling content, and ensuring consistent brand alignment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate comprehensive tender responses from assembly and formatting to proofreading and quality checks, ensuring alignment with RFTs and delivery methodologies.
  • Create compelling content for tenders, manage the tender library, and ensure consistent brand alignment across all company materials and digital platforms.
  • Maintain and update company websites and assist in creating engaging written and graphical content for social media, aligning with brand voices.
  • Produce impactful infographics, capability brochures, and information flyers for the diverse business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar tendering/marketing coordination role with proven research and content application skills for tender responses.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, complemented by strong proofreading abilities.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent graphic design software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and maintain meticulous attention to detail while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
