Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Adult Disability ServicesRole Overview

As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering adult disability services. You will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to adult disability clients in clinic and community settings.

  • Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with a gradual ramp-up period.
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to adult disability clients in clinic and community settings.
  • Engage in an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training focused on Concentric and NDIS Allied Health.
  • Receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and participate in quarterly alignment days.
  • Contribute to a vibrant team culture with social events and flexible work arrangements.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, Full AHPRA registration or eligibility upon graduation, valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car, unrestricted Australian work rights, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
