This is a dynamic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional adult disability services.
About the PositionWe are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to participate in our structured 12-month graduate program. This comprehensive program includes a gradual ramp-up period, ensuring a seamless integration into our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to adult disability clients in both clinic and community settings.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within our multidisciplinary team and participate in regular alignment days.
- Engage in continuous professional development and receive dedicated weekly supervision from a senior supervisor.
- Hold a completed Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Be fully registered with AHPRA or eligible upon graduation.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
