Occupational Therapist - Graduate Role

Embark on a 12-month graduate program as an Occupational Therapist, delivering adult disability services in Revesby, NSW.

Job Summary

Your Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with a gradual ramp-up period, focusing on delivering occupational therapy services to adult disability clients in clinic and community settings.
  • Engage in initial intensive training for 12 weeks, covering Concentric and NDIS Allied Health, followed by weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and participate in quarterly alignment days, contributing to a vibrant team culture with social events and flexible work arrangements.
About You
  • We are seeking individuals who have completed a Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, with AHPRA registration or eligibility upon graduation.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car are necessary for this role, along with unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, alongside excellent interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
