At the forefront of manufacturing innovation, a skilled professional is sought to provide customer support and engineering services through the performance of small projects, on-site installation, and troubleshooting, service, and repair of equipment.

The ideal candidate will have vision, creativity, technical engineering expertise, and a willingness to travel. They will be able to increase the application of all relevant products and solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Attend to field service work.
  • Provide technical assistance and field service to customers by performing one or more of the following tasks:

  • Engineering assistance with application, programming specifications, etc.

  • Field service installation, start-up integration, system optimization, maintenance, and warranty implementation.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems at customer sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering (Bachelor's or equivalent) or trade qualification with additional tertiary education.

  • 5+ years' experience in engineering and field service.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical presentations to internal and external customers.

  • Develop relationships with main customers and partners.

  • Mature, enthusiastic team player with excellent customer orientation.
