Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to patients within the ward. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on patient-centered care and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • You will develop and maintain comprehensive patient care plans, conduct thorough patient assessments, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • You will ensure precise documentation of patient care in electronic medical records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a minimum of 2 years' full-time or part-time post-graduate experience in acute or primary healthcare settings.

  • You must participate in recent Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities, in accordance with AHPRA requirements.
  • You must have a valid HLTAID009 Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate.
  • You must be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance.
  • You must have strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
