About This Opportunity:
  • 15+ years of experience in operational risk management in the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge and understanding of APRA's mission, objectives, functions, processes, and systems.
  • Expertise in assessing operational risk, incident response, and operational resilience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Extensive experience dealing with technical experts and regulated entities.
  • Strong personal integrity and intuitive understanding of reasonable business practice.
  • High-level organisation and negotiation skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a field relevant to Operational Risk and Resilience Management.
