As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a seamless experience for guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure a warm and friendly welcome for every guest, sharing information about the park and its amenities.
  • Sell and promote the park as an ideal holiday destination, highlighting its unique features and attractions.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and provide personalized support.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any issues or concerns reported by guests.
