Cultivating Reconciliation and Indigenous Partnerships
Role OverviewThis exciting opportunity seeks a dedicated professional to drive reconciliation efforts and foster strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies that promote cultural awareness, understanding, and reconciliation within our community.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including school leaders, teachers, and community members.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops that promote cultural sensitivity and understanding.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reconciliation initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience working with diverse groups and individuals.
- Able to develop and implement RAP goals and objectives that align with organizational strategy.
