Position OverviewTo drive growth and expansion in the region, we are seeking a strategic and high-impact Regional Vice President - Australia to lead and optimize our warehouse and transport networks nationally.
The RoleThis role reports directly to the President, Asia Pacific and is a key member of the Asia Pacific Regional Leadership Team. The Regional Vice President Operations - Australia will drive the strategic and operational performance of our warehouse and transport networks across Australia.
The position entails providing the overall vision, direction, strategy and leadership to ensure Lineage has a fully integrated supply chain service offering with a focus on outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.
Key to the success of this position is the ability to harness extensive supply chain experience to fully optimize our warehousing and transport capabilities, identify integration, efficiency and growth opportunities and unlock the full potential of our supply chain assets in Australia.
As Lineage continues its ambitious capital investment and expansion strategy across Asia Pacific, this role requires a leader who brings a regional mindset - able to operate with a broad lens and help position Australia as a growth engine for Lineage across the region.
Responsibilities- Lead and execute the national operational strategy across warehousing and transport.

- Proven senior leadership experience across complex, multi-site retail, logistics or supply chain operations.
- Expertise in warehousing, transportation and integrated service delivery.
- A successful track record in transformational change, operational optimization and delivering measurable results.
- Strong people leadership and the ability to inspire and scale diverse teams.
- A strategic mindset that blends local execution with a regional lens, supporting growth and capital investment goals.
