Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager at Frontline Recruitment, you will be responsible for the overall profitability of your store, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting your team in achieving their own personal targets and KPI goals.
  • Building and nurturing a high-performance culture where you focus on your team's development, ensuring you always have the right person in the right place.
  • Experienced in working towards wage targets and working in line with all rostering guidelines.
  • Creating an environment that upholds the company standards for the ultimate in-store experience for all customers through building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Responsible for operational excellence in-store in line with brand standards and identifying any operational opportunities or gaps within the store and ensuring measures are put in place to overcome.
  • Managing all operational and inventory processes with ease and in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Store Management experience, preferably from an Outlet store background.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect and show empathy to all.
  • A keen business mind, with a proven track record of driving top-line sales, analysing sales and effectively communicating on these.
  • A passionate leader who is experienced in leading, developing and growing a high-performing team.
  • Wanting to work in a fast-paced environment and having an entrepreneurial mindset.
