The Replenishment Team Leader will help manage high-performing teams to deliver an efficient, safe, and accurate operation that meets customer needs. This role offers an opportunity to impact a world-class facility and team.
Key responsibilities include coordinating teams, tasks, resources, and equipment to deliver accurate and efficient performance. Safety is a top priority; as such, you will role-model and coach your team on safe behaviours and respond to, report, and investigate hazards, near-misses, or incidents.
You will be part of the Day Shift Replenishment Team, reporting to the Optimisation Manager, supporting peers and team to achieve strategic goals. This is a full-time role during dayshift, operating Monday to Friday.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Valid Forklift License — preferred
- Experience operating within VNA racking — beneficial
- Experience in performance management
- Experience leading high-volume and highly complex supply chain operations
- Reliability, flexibility, efficiency, and attention to detail
