  • Conducts farming activities such as breeding, raising, and managing livestock.
  • Provides fodder to maintain appropriate nutritional levels for livestock.
  • Plans and organizes farming operations to breed and raise livestock.

Business Management is key, overseeing the sale, purchase, and transportation of livestock and produce. The records of farming activities are evaluated, market activity monitored, and production planned accordingly.

  • Maintains capital resources including budgeting, taxation, debt, and loan management.
  • Manages business capital effectively ensuring sustainable growth.

Leadership and Teamwork:

  • Recruits, trains, and supervises staff and contractors.
  • Works effectively in a team or individually, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
