">We are seeking a skilled Global Services Specialist - Asset Health to join our team. This role will focus on ensuring the correct implementation and usage of our asset health solutions across the mining and construction industry sectors.

- Provide technical support to level one support resources and partners globally.">
- Analyse and report on case data from CRM systems.">
- Investigate and document industry best practices.">
- Develop and implement best practices for setup, configuration, and use of asset health solutions.">
About You
">This role requires +3 years of technical support experience in software-based asset health solutions, knowledge of asset management principles, and experience with reporting in multiple BI/analytics tools. Familiarity with fleet management technologies, software products, and presentation creation is beneficial.
">Requirements
">You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in English is essential.
