Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join our team in Tweed Heads. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for meeting with customers to discuss and sell finance and insurance products from our dealership's supplier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to discuss and sell finance and insurance products from our dealership's supplier.
  • Assist New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments in sales negotiations as required.
  • Ensure sales and profit objectives for finance and insurance are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our finance and insurance products.
  • Prospect potential additional sales.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in finance and insurance sales is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented.
