Leader of Structured Credit Syndication Expansion

The role of Structured Credit Syndication Leader involves leading the expansion of loan syndication business in Australia and New Zealand, across both flow and non-flow loan asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:- Pricing, structuring, and underwriting non-flow (PF/asset finance) and flow (corporate/leveraged) loan products originated in Australia/New Zealand.
- Collaborating closely with Origination business lines throughout the origination process on those aspects, including client-facing activities.
- Providing additional support as necessary in connection with non-flow credit/flow loan distribution, such as offering distribution input for our portfolio management team during secondary/portfolio sales.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, preferably in a Loan Syndicate role.
- Demonstrated capability of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, business lines, as well as bank and non-bank investors.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with internal business lines, bank and non-bank investors, and clients in a lead role.
- Commercial acumen, with proactive and persistent approach in addressing clients' and the bank's needs.
