Job Overview

This role is focused on maintaining and repairing elevators, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of people. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in lift maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair elevators to ensure they are functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures, including health, quality, and safety standards.
  • Manage teams of varying sizes, performing leading hand duties as required.
  • Liaise with management team on site progress and activities.
  • Work to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of lift industry experience.
  • Qualified Certificate 111 in Mechanical Engineering desirable.
  • Trade tickets desired.
  • Basic dogging, intermediate rigging skills required.
  • Motivated and self-starter who can manage workload and competing priorities.
  • Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
  • A customer service mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
